The white deer of Seneca Army Depot are not albinos, but a recessive form of the typically brown-furred white-tailed deer.

Glowing Garden of the Gods provides a great foreground in this shot of Pikes Peak (14,110 feet). Two of the park's most prominent rock structures, North and South Gateway Rocks (and Pikes Peak) are shown here basking in the early morning alpenglow. These images were taken after a short early morning hike in Garden of the Gods Park near Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The cross-shaped pond is fed by a fountain depicting a girl holding a fish.Concrete is used between the raised rectangular beds in the garden-which was once the Butchart's tennis court before becoming the Italian Garden in 1926. The long narrow wing running the length of this garden housed a bowling alley and now offers shade for the new Gelateria "Benvenuto" opening in June 2005.

I couldn't resist shooting this flower in the Whole Foods market.I got shot down for shooting it, by the security guard. He leaned over my shoulder and whispered,ever so softly,(I know him)," No pictures."
I said," Come on,it's only a flower." He smiled and let it pass.I showed it to him and he smiled. I think he liked it too. "Thanks Victor!" I think that's his name.
